Raqs Assaya

The Raqs Assaya (Dancing with a stick) is danced on the Saidi Rhythm which comes from Egypt between Giza and Luxor. The Raqs Assaya is a old traditional Dance from men. The stick used to be a instrument of defence and was transformed to a powerful dance style. Nowdays even women dance the Raqs Assaya.
